And force feed you em both, an on each feet is a cleet shoe

You'll think I pulled the fucking ground out from under-neath you
Bitch
I ain't no fucking G I'm a cannibal I ain't trying to shoot you
I'm trying to chop you into pieces and eat you
Wrap you in rope and plastic, Bag you in broken glass and have you with open gashes strapped to a soaken mattress
coke and acid
black magic
cloaks and daggers
fuck the planet, till it spins on a broken axis
I'm so bananas,
I'm show'n up to your open casket
to fill it full of explosive gasses
and close it back with a lit match in it
while I sit back and just hope that it catches
blow you to fragments, laugh sit back roll you and smoke the ashes.
~Eminem, Beatskillz Music, Domingo Padilla, Anno Domini~
a lyrical battle it is
mr. showbiz, fame is so exacerbating
to your self-portrait masturbating
mr. too big for your britches, leave you in stitches
you're smokin' dope, you're losin' hope
so full of yourself, I'll carefully set you on a shelf
Afraid your fragile ego might break, with stresses you can't take
a little big man syndrome all the time
How many Albums Talk'n like you r' four foot nine?
tongue twistin' tie-quan-do of boo hoo hoo and woo-wus me
No wonder why you called the death of shady
so listen up real, real hard
To meet you, lyrically defeat you
I must beat you at your own game
make my bones grow my name
You'll never defeat me because I'm the boss you never knew you had
if it wasn't for the neighbor's dog, I'd be your dad
so Rabid Chiwawa nippin' at my heels
Fuck you, Here's the deal.
bullet hole in my car
Shooters come from near and far
Grand Blanc Huntsman's Club managed by me
and guess who the fuck I see
Charming Smile, Devils Grin

Stick Trick Drummer and VR Artist Cory Bredow AKA Joe Freedom (Left) and Grammy Winning Music Producer and Recording Artist Farid Nassar AKA. Fredwreck (Right)
My musical journey took a turn when live performances playing drums to oldies lost their spark for me. So, 2 years ago I stepped away from live music and began managing the Grand Blanc Huntsman’s Club. It was there that Fred and I met. Initially, he was just a cool, friendly customer I enjoyed chatting with whenever he stopped by. I even made the mistake of calling him “Frank” all day once in our earlier encounters — a moment that became much funnier in hindsight.
This year, I had the honor of meeting Fred and many of his friends and family many times. A man whose incredible story and talents have deeply inspired me. It began as a chance encounter, but it quickly became a turning point in my life, awakening musical dreams I thought were long dormant. Becoming Even Bigger!!
Fred and I discovered we had more in common than I ever expected. We both graduated from the same high school, just two years apart! I had recognized his last name through remembering his brother in school. Yet, our paths hadn’t crossed until now. While meeting him felt like reconnecting with a long-lost friend.
Imagine.. This Nationally known stick trick drummer who pioneered many tricks running a sporting clay’s facility with a half-Million views thinking he was a big fish in a small pond because how many drummers can do what he can do. Also, knowing most local musicians I would run into are lucky to have a thousand views. I worked my tail off to get where I was. So I was proud, yet humble!
So I hear this man is a musician who is there shooting sporting clays. At that time I don’t know “who.” Fred was, or how well known his work was. Unknowingly, I got dropped into a much larger pond with much bigger fish!
Like all the times I would go to open mic’s and not mention my Skill level, and have the other drummers hate me to the point of my working into routine of my “purposefully accidental dropping of a stick during performance.” That way the local drummers were less aggressive towards me. Then I would say “if it hits the floor It is yours. The cost of learning” I was a pro but this intentional down-play gave many show goer’s great memento’s… If you notice, even with a dropped stick, I rarely miss a beat… By doing this I didn’t crush a local drummers ego in front of their friends. Which one gentleman expressively mentioned to me before as he was friendly before I touched the stage and was calling me a douche bag and how was he going to follow that up as I was stepping off the stage and handing him the sticks.
So, No shame in under-playing ones hand as it was just fun to be out performing.
So Here is silly old me not knowing who Fred is and accidentally calling him frank all day during our earlier encounters.
Fred handled it like a champ. Fred, politely looks at the cashier before exiting and says… “Hi, my name is Fred, How are You!” I reply ” I thought your name was Frank!” Fred Replies, “No Fred, like Fred Flintstone!” I jokingly reply, “Yes, Like Fred Sanford!
“You just don’t come in here much and it is hard to keep track of everyone’s name in a club of so many members… Next time I will remember your name my friend, I am so sorry!” I tried to get a little laugh in at the end, to ease the forgetting of the man’s name. Not life changing at that moment… Because ignorance is bliss. I didn’t know his true musical stature was much larger than mine.
But some where in the next few visits, UGGHHH!!! Extremely humbling was this next upcoming visit a few months later 100% unexpected!
After finally calling Fred by name still only knowing he is a musician, after many visits and conversations everything changed the day I asked Fred what he did for a living… His humble response — “You wouldn’t believe me if I told you”—
This piqued my curiosity. That is a line I usually use because not many guys who run shooting centers are actually drummers who have been doing stick tricks for 20+ years…
So no one would expect me to have a half Million Video Views and my hitting 23 Million Unique Device Impressions in a Year doing cover songs. Including getting props from members of “Bill Pinkney and the Original Drifters.” for my Stone House cover of this “Magic Moment” by the Bill Pinkney and the Drifters.. Also Opening a few times for “Question Mark and the Mysterians” with my band Far Too Thirsty including their using my Drum Set while performing their Iconic Hit song “96 Tears”… and after Question Mark Retired My later sitting in on drums a few times with “the Mysterians”… I was honored to share time and conversations with Legends many times over in my career!
So I was indeed no little fish when it came to my craft! I was an industry leader… Doing what many couldn’t, yet staying under the radar as I could walk into a store and no one would recognize me because of my Niche Industry.
What followed left me in awe, because yet again… I was honored to share time and conversations with a legend. Fred revealed that he was a world-renowned music producer, Making MANY of the albums with many artists I loved! Sharing photos of him with legends like Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Martha Stewart and more. At that moment, I realized how small my perspective had been with my career satisfaction and how much more was indeed possible when chasing your dreams in music.
Fred’s stories were incredible. He spoke of working with some of the biggest names in music, of traveling to amazing places, and of pushing boundaries far beyond what most dreamers imagine. He showed me that we aren’t limited by where we come from. Greatness isn’t about competing with others but about continually challenging ourselves to reach even higher with that next project. It is a passion for the art.
One of the most surreal moments was learning that Fred’s visit to my town wasn’t only connected to his growing up in the area, but he was in town on business; work with Eminem While releasing the Whodini video and a pre-grammy announcement for Eminem then mention of Snoops album is next. Conversations with Fred was like conversations with the in crowd of musical legends.
The last time we spoke in October 2024 before Halloween, Fred said “Em’ Has somethin’ for You.” Under a month Later I saw a sponsored ad daily on all of my Socials. The first ever for music sales. I never bought beats before, is this real? Not to mention the first package which happens to be a licensed beat package featuring Eminem and his local team of others who he brought up in the musical world.
Fred discovered Marshall, and was in town to do business with him.. Was this their allowing my foot in the door because they have seen my Joe Freedom Work? A honorary lift to the next level? I never asked for such an honor as to have a track or deal with any of them. But here is this offer sitting in front of me, for weeks. The Same Sponsored Add.. On all of my social media… Priced too good to be true… Just before Thanksgiving 2024, Not even a month after Fred mentioned it.
A offer of Eminem Featured on a track with me.
Inspired by Fred’s talks, was this the opportunity Fred mentioned before he left? It could have been a scam, or some grand coincidence, you know how these phones are always listening… But the odds… Targeting all of my social media. The Same sponsored add. For so long, with a count-down to boot…
When Fred and I were in person, when he Mentioned Eminem has something for me… The world works in mysterious ways… Or I was singled out. What would your take on the situation be?
So, I took the risk on the opportunity and pure coincidence made the purchase. A purchase I was happy to do with a chance on investing in my future self to create a song I’m proud to share for free with anyone who wants it. Featuring a musician I highly respect. Eminem.
So… Side Note:
The lyrics are in no way how I feel. Marshall’s lyrics come in as a bigger than life battle, So I did an old school clean down and dirty drop them a few notches lyrical battle, then brought in Fred and I meeting in real life and finished the track with a bit of lyrical story-land.
I am not a big battle rapper due to my profession of managing a skeet, sporting clay, 5-stand, pistol and rifle range / shooting facility. While also knowing on first name basis many dignified businessmen and politicians. Aggression is looked down upon as a vast majority of our members are or were all Alpha-Leaders of our various industries and professions at our club. So, there was a fine lyrical line when it came to lyrical battle tactics. But I kept it old school. Flint-Stone vs. 8-Mile. Urban Michigan Made. I hope you like it. 🙂
I bet in life Marshall is as cool as Fred is. Because good people usually surround themselves with other good people and we all know we are just story writers to a musical beat. So, Marshall. I thank you for the opportunity presented to me, and if it wasn’t from you, it is licensed, and I still thank you. This was a fun writers challenge. If you don’t like the song lyrics, we can always replace it with something exclusive that we can agree upon. You are still on my top 10 people I want to meet as a musician list. I am sure you have some stories to tell my friend.
But back on track… With our meetings, Fred’s humility, wisdom, and kindness have left a lasting impact on me. With his own stories of his incredible achievements that I enjoyed listening to — Fred’s working with icons like Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem — he remains grounded and approachable. Out of all of the people I have met in my music career I must say Fred is one of my top 10 favorites of all time. His encouragement has reignited my passion and reminded me that the sky truly is the limit.
Because of that, Altho the live band fell thru on Steak and Clay’s night; I still gave Fred and some of his guests some mementos from my musical career as a thank you for that time spent and I hope if I succeed musically growing that the items grow in value as my work catalogue grows. He could see he re-lit the musician when he called me “Versace” because I was back in my stage clothes once again.
Fred, I’m grateful for the inspiration you’ve given me over coffee’s in the clubhouse, both as a fan of your work and as someone lucky enough to have met you. Thank you for showing me that dreams are always within reach if we’re willing to keep reaching. I look forward to hearing your next career conquest stories and I am continuing to make more music. I have been re-inspired to keep reaching for the stars by your musical journey.
If this is the opportunity you spoke of, when you mentioned Eminem had something for me; I thank you. If not, I still thank you for your time and the memories.
Take care my friend, and good luck with your future endeavors.
Until or if we meet again. Keep chasing those dreams!
~Cory
